MEET BRITTANY

10+ years of trusted dog walking

Hi, I'm Brittany, and I've been walking dogs professionally since 2015. I am a CKC Canine Good Neighbour evaluator, canine fitness enthusiast, and founder of the Vancouver Community Pet Food Pantry. Every walk is personally led by me.

IDWT PHILOSOPHY

Every dog deserves to feel understood and supported

I believe dogs learn best through trust. That's why every walk is built around patience, choice, and positive reinforcement, helping dogs grow more confident with every outing.

01

Fear-free, force-free, R+ handling

I use positive reinforcement to build confidence and trust. I never use prong collars, e-collars, or correction-based methods.

02

Supervised small group pack walks

Groups are intentionally kept small so every dog gets individual attention and care.

03

Pick-up and drop-off included

I handle all transportation so your dog can get out for an adventure even on your busiest days.

04

On- and off-leash adventures

Walks combine neighbourhood exploration with off-leash time. Outings are personalized to the dogs in the group.

05

Canine fitness informed

My education in canine fitness helps ensure walks are both enriching and appropriate for your dog's age, ability, and needs.

06

We meet dogs where they are

Every dog learns differently. I tailor my approach to each dog's confidence level.

We never thought we’d find a dog walker as trustworthy and reliable as Brittany!

Her heart is so genuine and she cares deeply about the health and well being of every single dog. Our pup, Frida, took to her instantly, and we can truly so we don’t know what we would do without Brittany!

There are a very select few people who I trust to take care of my dog, Chia...

and Brittany is one of them. Brittany has been walking Chia for more than five years and has developed such a loving and caring bond with her. Brittany has gone above and beyond with Chia, and I deeply value her expertise, professionalism, and commitment. Does it hurt a little that Chia is more excited to see Brittany than me when she walks in the door? Yes. Would I have it any other way? No.
